NCKC and Karters Korner CF Race for a Cure, a HUGE success !

On Sunday June 14th, NCKC and Karters Korner ran their annual "CF Race for the Cure" event under mostly sunny skies. The day was the best attended race day of the year so far, with close to 90 entrants suiting up to race. Fans and spectators filled the venue and helped raise over $6000 for Cystic Fibrosis.

2009 CF Grand Prix

In approximately a month from now, we will be at Karters Korner for race # 4 witch is also the site of our annual Cystic Fibrosis benefit race. As with previous years we encourage our members to raise money for the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in order to find a cure for CF.

Rookie School, SLMP this Saturday May the 2nd

Because of the small number of rookies and newbie’s this season we will run the class at SLMP this Saturday May the 2nd.

Their will be no cost from the club for this but you will have to pay your PRACTICE FEES & PIT PASS to the track owner .

You will need to bring the following:
  • A copy of the test printed off the ASN website,
  • a pencil or a pen,
  • your kart,
  • all of your safety equipment.

    Dow Honda Winter Series Wraps Up

    Well that's a wrap folks. We had a great time, we raced 38 times on 10 nights, and made a lot of new friends. Almost 100 drivers jumped in karts to test their skills with almost 350 individual entries. Doing the math? That's over 14,000 laps in the main race and another 5,000 or so in qualification. That's a lot of winter driving.
